Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting independent art. Every piece in our store is made with care and creativity — whether it’s a one-of-a-kind original or a made-to-order print. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Original artworks
  • Commissioned or custom pieces
  • Digital downloads
  • Items on sale or marked as final sale

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged, or
  • You received the wrong item

If your item was damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production and shipping may have already begun and cancellation may not be possible.
